The discussion, which featured speakers from Meta and several MMM specialists threw up some key takeaways – calibration is useful both during initial model building and during model updates, always align experiment scope to MMM scope for ease of comparison, run experiments on your biggest media channels first, and importantly, plan ahead and put a regular experiment program in place.
